Heavy Metal Lover
Now I'm not generally a fan of Lady Gaga (although I did think 'Marry The Night' deserved to do better, 'Edge of Glory' is incredible and 'You and I' holds a perverse pleasure for me) however, I am quite excited about her alleged next single, 'Heavy Metal Lover'. Don't get any preconceptions from the title - this track is electronic through and through, with richly layered production, attitude, and an electroclash feel. Can I just say that I love electroclash? What happened to that being the next big thing?
My advice to Gaga - simple, sexy video. Dark. A bit filthy. And I think 4:13 would be the perfect length.
